Lets just understand what happened to the computer over time. First of all, a lot of programs that are being installed on the computer leaving a trail of unnecessary records in the computers registry making window load bunch of memory consuming monitoring tools. That tools mostly use for updates and other stuff of that nature.
Take a look at the right corner of you monitor. Do you see all those icons next to the clock? Those are the things I am talking about. And that are only programs that made themselves visible to the user. There are loads of processed that are running behind the scene slowing down our systems.
